This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ResonixAI (the "Service"), operated by CARDIGITAL FZCO. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

Spam & Mass Posting

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or replies
• Use automated mass posting without prior written approval from ResonixAI
• Post identical or substantially similar content across multiple threads or platforms
• Manipulate engagement metrics or platform algorithms

Platform Compliance

• You must comply with the terms of service of each monitored platform, including:
  • Hacker News — Guidelines
  • Reddit — Content Policy
  • LinkedIn — Professional Community Policies
  • Twitter/X — Rules and Policies
• Violating a platform's rules through the Service is a violation of this AUP

Impersonation

• Do not impersonate any person, company, or entity
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
• Do not use the Service to create misleading or deceptive identities

Illegal & Harmful Content

• Do not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote illegal content
• Do not post content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Do not distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful material

Harassment

• Do not use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others
• Do not target individuals with unwanted or abusive replies
• Do not use the Service for doxxing or sharing private information

2. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: for first-time or minor violations
• Temporary suspension: restricted access to the Service
• Account termination: permanent removal for severe or repeated violations

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our sole discretion. We may also report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the Service, please report it to support@resonixai.com.

4. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
