These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ResonixAI (the "Service"), operated by CARDIGITAL FZCO, License No. 15150, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ResonixAI is an AI-powered social signal monitoring and response generation platform. The Service monitors public posts across social platforms (Hacker News, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), classifies them using AI, and generates contextual reply suggestions for your review.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Service for spam or automated mass posting without prior approval
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Violate the terms of service of any monitored platform (Hacker News, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify signals and generate reply suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated replies. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that may not align with your brand or intentions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by CARDIGITAL FZCO and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Concierge. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARDIGITAL FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
